In April 2023, Manual Fizio proudly marked its second year of community outreach, continuing its mission to help people move freely and live fully. What began as a vision to offer hands-on healing through advanced manual therapy has evolved into a trusted name in physical wellness—reaching deeper into communities and transforming everyday lives.

Over the past two years, Manual Fizio has built meaningful connections with local residents, athletes, office workers, and those recovering from injury or chronic pain. The team’s approach blends expert knowledge in manual therapy, dry needling, mobility work, and personalized care, helping clients overcome physical limitations and rediscover a life without pain.

April 2023 wasn’t just a celebration—it was a recommitment. Over two consecutive days, Manual Fizio brought its mission into action through free  assessment and treatments within Brgy 190, Pasay City community. The goal was clear: make expert care accessible and spark real conversations around proactive wellness, with a total of 71 patients healed, improved, and empowered.

The Team believes every person deserves the chance to feel better and move better, this annual activity is a reflection of the people Manual Fizio serve—their progress, their healing, and their resilience.

As Manual Fizio stepped into its third year, the focus remained clear: expand outreach, innovate care, and continue helping individuals reclaim their health—one session, one movement, and one life at a time.

Last December 5 and 12,  Manual Fizio gave their early Christmas gift to Scoliosis patients through  a Free Clinic. The program aimed to foster the Scoliosis patients’ well-being by providing them quality and free treatment/services using different methods – Schroth Method and Trained Advanced Exercised Physiology, educate the community about how Physical Therapy works on Scoliosis cases and provide different avenues to the betterment of the patients’ condition, and to give back to the community especially to those who are challenged in their day-to-day living and at the same time creating good news in this trying time.

The Free Clinic includes free assessment, treatment, and several activities / exercises using different methods on which patients are provided with home exercises to ensure continuity of the program. Through this activity, Manual Fizio promoted partnership in the patient’s recovery journey. 

At the end of the session, a surprise  token of appreciation were given to the patients which also symbolized the relationship between us and the patients and their families.
